Please provide us with your name, contact information, origin and destination of the shipment, the items to be transported, their weight and dimensions, and the expected moving date. If you have any preferred container size or shipping method, please let us know.

2. Schedule a time for for a survey.
We are happy to send someone to your home at a time which is convenient for you.
If you don’t have time for a visit in person, we can schedule a video call or you can provide us with a detailed list of items.

3. Sending you a quote
We will provide a quote based your information.

4. Contract and payment
If your quote looks good, please approve it using the link on the quotation we sent you.
Regarding payment, please make payment at least 7 days prior to your scheduled move date.

5. Preparation for moving (by yourself or with our help)
For international shipping and moving, we recommend that you have us pack all of your belongings, as we must be aware of all items for customs declaration. If you’ve already packed some items, you’ll need a detailed list of items. We will inspect packed boxes to confirm accuracy.

6. Moving day
Your move team will come to load the container and confirm your incentory.

7. Delivery to your destination
For those who have chosen a full service move, we will re-assemble furniture and provide one-time placement of items within your residence.
We will also remove your packing debris on the same day and dispose of it.
