Shipping Methods

FCL (Full Container Load)
FCL is a shipping method where an entire container is rented for transportation. When there is a large amount of cargo, such as in the case of a family moving, FCL is more cost-effective than LCL. Charges apply for 20F containers, 40F containers, or 45F HQ containers.
LCL (Less Than Container Load)
LCL is a method of shipping small quantities of goods that do not fill an entire container. Multiple shippers’ goods are consolidated in a single container. LCL is a cost-effective option for shipping small volumes of goods overseas.
Via Liftvan
If you choose LCL for shipping, household goods are packed in wooden boxes known as Liftvans or Vanpacks. These items are transported within a shipping container alongside other cargo, ensuring that the customer’s household goods are always kept separate.
Pallet Shipping
When shipping a small amount of cargo, pallet shipping is the most cost-effective method. Additionally, when we need to transport a large number of items at once, we will use pallets (which may also be called skids) to send them. Using pallets makes it easier to move, load, and unload the cargo.
The most common pallet size in the US is 48 inches by 40 inches (width x length), though many different sizes can be shipped.
Shipping Cars with Household Goods
When shipping a car in a container, other items can be left inside the car. If there is enough space, various household items can also be packed into the car. The cost of shipping a car overseas varies greatly depending on the destination, model and year of the car, and the customer’s visa status. We will provide you with a customized estimate based on your specific conditions, so please feel free to contact us for more information.

Please provide us with your name, contact information, origin and destination of the shipment, the items to be transported, their weight and dimensions, and the expected moving date. If you have any preferred container size or shipping method, please let us know.
2. Schedule a time for for a survey.
We are happy to send someone to your home at a time which is convenient for you.
If you don’t have time for a visit in person, we can schedule a video call or you can provide us with a detailed list of items.
3. Sending you a quote
We will provide a quote based your information.
4. Contract and payment
If your quote looks good, please approve it using the link on the quotation we sent you.
Regarding payment, please make payment at least 7 days prior to your scheduled move date.
5. Preparation for moving (by yourself or with our help)
For international shipping and moving, we recommend that you have us pack all of your belongings, as we must be aware of all items for customs declaration. If you’ve already packed some items, you’ll need a detailed list of items. We will inspect packed boxes to confirm accuracy.
6. Moving day
Your move team will come to load the container and confirm your incentory.
7. Delivery to your destination
For those who have chosen a full service move, we will re-assemble furniture and provide one-time placement of items within your residence.
We will also remove your packing debris on the same day and dispose of it.
