Wow I can't thank Eugene enough for all the hard work he did to get a driver lined up in helping my brother get the best price for his 40 foot container to Santa Barbara from Long Beach! He answers the phone at all hours, even if he's in another country, and has always been so kind and helpful with all the questions we had and giving me all the time in the world on the phone.
Gene and his crew have been incredible to work with from start to finish. Their rates were great, and their movers were very professional. When it comes to long-distance moving, Gene knows his stuff.
Working with JNR Global Logistics wasa breeze. After the move was confirmed and invoice was paid, everything went smoothly. Eugene was always quick to reply to any of my questions. The movers worked quickly and my items were well taken care of.
I was a nervous mess shipping our Colorado home to Hawaii. Eugene was a therapist and magician, kindly talking me off the cliffs of questions. When I suggested working with my local mover Thomas he interviewed and trusted my confidence.Yes all arrived as promised! Not even a scratch.
Great Great Great service, from beginning to end. You will not be sorry if you choose to use this company. Eugene is the best. He was patient with me for months waiting for my home to sell to start the process of moving. Once the ball started rolling JNR took charge and walked me through the process.
